WELWYN TRAIL RUNNING

wednesday 5th february  – 7:00pm until 8:00pm

Experience and enjoy off-road trail running with licensed UK Athletics Endurance Running Coach! Run off-road trails, bridleways and farmland tracks.

Nordic Walking is a fantastic all-body exercise using special lightweight poles to take the weight off the knees and hips. It’s a great cross-training exercise, or activity on it’s own. 

All runs are free, for any ability, male and female. Beginner sessions too.

WOODSIDE ANIMAL FARM – SPRING FUN

Tuesday 3rd December

Enjoy the fun at Woodside Animal Farm from Saturday 8th to Sunday 23rd February 2020. Meet the adorable newly-hatched chicks, feed the animals, ride the tractor around the farm, or enjoy a funfair ride and the crazy golf. There’s even an indoor play area and cafe.
