As a Sous Chef you will be planning and directing food preparation and presentation of culinary dishes to a high standard and oversee the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You would have had previous expereince in supervising within a similar enviroment and must be highly passionate about food and it’s quailty and presentation.
As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be managing the financial aspects of the reservations department and assist with forecasting & budgeting. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and good command of the English language. You must have a hands-on approach for this position.
As Reception Manager, you will deliver the highest levels of customer service to our guests at all timesm ensuring our guests’ expectations are constantly met and exceeded. You will have strong organisational and communication skills and have a passion for providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
